Senior Principal-Corporate Communications Job

ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To lead strategic corporate communication efforts, encompassing marketing communication, digital outreach, PR, brand management, and crisis response, to enhance and protect the company’s reputation and align communication strategies with organizational objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

  1. Corporate Communication & Brand Managemen
  • Build and manage corporate marketing communication strategies to strengthen the Elm brand.
  • Oversee all sub-branding and co-branding activities to support brand equity.
  1. Digital Marketing & PR Management
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts to achieve corporate marketing goals.
  •  Manage external PR and media buying agencies for strategic media relations.
  1. Crisis Communication & Internal Communication
  • Lead crisis management from a PR standpoint, preparing responses and crisis reports.
  • Ensure clear, timely internal communication, especially during crises, to keep employees informed.
  1. CSR & Event Management
  • Develop and execute CSR programs to reinforce corporate brand image.
  • Oversee internal and external events, managing third-party agencies and sponsorship activities for impactful outcomes.


 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field
  •  master’s degree or certification in a related field is preferred

Years and Nature of Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a related industry.
