Key Responsibilities
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database (government website)
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- Type in data quickly and efficiently.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
Skills
- Education : Diploma
- Experience in data entry - 6mths to 1 yr experience
- Experience in data entry into government websites would be added advantage (ex :QIWA)
- Skills :
- Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Organization and time management
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
