Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
