The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity will be responsible for establishing a Cybersecurity department from scratch.

This role will play a critical role in ensuring that the organisation is compliant with various regulatory requirements, and its assets/data are secured from a cybersecurity perspective.

Description

The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity will be responsible for:
Cybersecurity strategy and roadmap development and planning; ensuring strategy is in alignment with overall organisation strategyManaging cybersecurity budgetDefining Cybersecurity policies, processes and proceduresCybersecurity architecture - implementation of necessary cybersecurity systems, solutions and controls as per business and regulatory requirementsCybersecurity GRC and adherence to regulatory requirementsSecuring customer data, financial records, Real Estate and Property development plans etc.Implementing and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access control, etc. to ensure network infrastructure is resilient and secureThreat monitoring, incident response and vulnerability assessment/managementWorking closely with Audit to conduct cybersecurity audits and implement recommendationsGenerating and presenting department progress reports and cybersecurity risks to senior management and key stakeholdersVendor selection and managementGrowing and managing the Cybersecurity teamCybersecurity awareness training


Profile

The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity will be/have:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related fields of study (Master's is preferred)Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCISO, etc.8+ years of Cybersecurity experience, of which at least 4 years must have been in Cybersecurity leadership rolesA track record is establishing cybersecurity functions from scratchIdeally coming from, or have prior experience in, the Real Estate and Property development sectorExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity regulatory requirements and standards such as NCA, ECC, etc.Ability to work with and manage stakeholders across all levels of the organisationWilling to be hands-onA Saudi national, and based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
