About the job Project Sales Executive Position Title: Project Sales Executive Department: Commercial Middle East & Gulf Reporting Structure: Reports to Area Sales Manager Location : KSA Our client is a multinational company in the sanitary and bathroom ware manufacturing industry, with headquarters in Dubai, UAE. They are currently looking f or a Project Sales Executive to join their team in KSA. Scope and Impact of Position on the Organization: - The Project Sales Executive plays a crucial role in business development within the projects channels, driving growth and market engagement to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maximizes sales and margin while upholding the company's profile in the designated territory. - Embraces teamwork and responsibility, particularly in collaborating with dominant distributors. Roles and Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with dealers/partners, providing technical and commercial support. - Drive sales and business development within the Projects Channel. - Monitor and ensure achievement of annual sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. - Participate actively in internal sales meetings and calls. - Maintain consistent corporate reporting procedures. - Offer recommendations to enhance sales strategy effectiveness and market coverage. - Establish and maintain a database of key accounts (Consultants, IDs, Architects & developers) with regular updates for the Pre-Sales team. - Act with proactive accountability in management reporting. - Segment the market based on project channels such as Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Government, and Education. - Identify and pursue new opportunities within channels. CRM Monitoring and Database Input Targets: - Daily and weekly input and monitoring of CRM database. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of project information. - Connect projects with Key Account Management. - Persistently follow up on pending actions until project closure. - Provide timely feedback on market trends and sales projections. Qualifications: - Strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills. - Exceptional presentation and organizational abilities. - Capability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities effectively. - Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Education and Experience: - Bachelors degree in business administration/marketing. - 3-5 years of building materials project sales experience in the assigned area. - Understanding of local trade and market demands. Language Skills: - Proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Measures of Performance: - Sales performance based on KPIs across the designated area. - Successful initiation of new businesses as per SMART objectives. - Understanding and nurturing customer relationships. - Effective selling, influencing, and negotiation skills. - Strategic planning for channel and customer activation. - Competent in commercial management and resource planning. Additional Comments: - The role may entail domestic and regional travel for training sessions, customer meetings, events, and exhibitions under the supervision of the line manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
