Marine Coordination Shift (SMP)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plant personnel in startup or shutdown and other major operational changes, ensuring that operators follow all standard operation procedures in the execution of scheduled tasks during shift operation and coordinating plant operations with other connected plant.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance activities are conducted with the least disruption to production.
- Ensure minimum disruption to stable operation by detecting plant and equipment problems and implementing counter measures after trouble shooting.
- Verify operating logs to ensure records are accurate.
Qualification
- High school with minimum of 05 years experience in marine operations field or Diploma with 04 years .
- knowledge of marine craft class and crew certifications.
- Knowledge of marine communication equipment and emergency procedures.
- English language speaking and writing and good command of computer skills.
