Role & responsibilities MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and analyze training needs, compile training and employee development plans and obtain commitment from all stakeholders. Liaise with learners and line managers on a weekly basis to check that practical training is progressing and to ensure that learners receive adequate exposure and coaching. Participate in Identification of training needs using a structured format and approach. Schedule trainings, communicate all training program details to trainees, and send reminders prior to the training due date. Assist in the identification and booking of training venues, travels, accommodation and the other administrative aspects of training.
