Job Qualification:
- The candidates must have good experiences in road and infrastructure.
- Education: BS degree in Telecommunication engineering with 5 years of related engineering experience
- Industry: Construction/ Engineering

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all I&C design, design review and coordination with site team for the reinforcement of projects
- Reviewing the drawing and installing, calibrating, testing and commissioning of all instruments and control systems
- Responsible for all quantities and material takeoff in all stages of design and tenders.
- Study the Project Technical Specifications (PTS), pre-bid clarifications and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) to procurements for all control and instruments systems
- Design, review and coordinate with project consultant for systems design criteria and drawing submittals for all systems and send issue for approval (IFA)drawing to the client
- Prepare, review and finalize purchase order (PO) for all I&C systems materials
- Coordinate with all suppliers to get systems base and details design
- Monitoring site construction activities and assist with for preparing Daily Activity Report
- Manage, supervise and provide technical advice on telecommunications systems
- Receive feedback, identify users' needs and requirements and mobilize existing technology to meet their criteria
- Document plans, requests, activities and specifications and report on them
- Program features, design networks and systems and allocate resources as necessary
- Monitor and test systems and peripheral equipment and troubleshoot problems
- Evaluate systems performance level and improve capabilities as needed
- Oversee and coordinate telecommunications activities
- Purchase electronic equipment and prepare budgetary justifications
- Cooperate with management to develop staff and improve their skills
- Follow industry's standards and best practices
