A contracting company wants to hire Civil Quantity surveyor with excellent experience in the roads and infrastructure to work in the Technical Office in Makkah Al-Mukarama, as follows:
Job Qualification:
The candidates must have good experiences in road (bridges, culverts retaining walls, ...) and infrastructure (sewer, storm network, irrigation, portable water ).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or diploma in Civil
- Industry: Construction/ Engineering
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD software 2D,Civil 3d, Earth work XP, MS Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Studding contract documents / design drawings and estimate all project quantities.
- Quantity take-off for BOQ items (roads, structures (bridges, culverts ...), paints, sings,infrastructure, ... etc.) and measuring from site, in all stages of work ( finalize the scope of work, monthly and as built quantities).
- Estimate costs for different types of civil engineering.
- Tracking actual costs related to bids on project development.
- Calculated subcontractors payment and making invoices bill.
- Preparing and analysing costing for tenders.
- Calculate monthly actual done quantities using civil 3d / land desktop / MS office and preparing monthly interim payment certificate (IPC)
- Daily work done progress monitoring and marking in the drawings.
- Providing quantities regularly to planning section for baseline program.
- Calculate distance calculation and prepare survey field book (NGL Book).
- Calculation of superelevation and prepare earth work cross sections using approved program ( EW XP ).
- Prepare all necessary sheet for site like level sheets, slope stake, layers sheet ... etc.
- Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders.
- Coordinating with Design & Construction team
