Job Description

  • Answer all calls in a timely fashion
  • Abide by the and the order taking procedure.
  • Use proper telephone language.
  • Transfer complaints to call center supervisors.
  • Always carry a professional, positive , and friendly attitude.
  • Respond to customers various inquiries and provide complete product and service information when needed.
  • Maintain accepted inbound call duration.
  • Must exceed the calls/hr set target.
  • Must not exceed the maximum set target for mistakes.
  • Must promote, upsell, and increase the delivery revenue.
  • Must be proactive , energetic, enthusiastic,  accurate, team worker , customer service oriented, attentive to details, and can work under pressure.
  • Maintain clean and orderly desk area.
  • Able to attend to other tasks as deemed necessary by Management.

Other Requirements

  • Candidate must be bilingual, Arabic & English Speaker
  • Should be Arab National, i.e. Saudi, Egyptian, Lebanese, Jordanian & Syrian Etc
  • Only Local candidates with Transferable Iqama.
