Main Responsibilities

Updating website on a daily basis to optimize revenues Coordination between top management, category management team, and online marketing for campaign implementation User flow analysis to achieve best-in-class customer experience Reporting to top management on onsite performance Cross-country project management Contribute to long-term process improvements Provide business-oriented insights to product management team Provide reports based on the performance of campaigns Manage top-notch weekly designs for onsite campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication skills Action oriented and results oriented Strong analytical skills Very independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Interest in emerging countries and e-commerce Previous experience in online marketing, project management or IT would be preferable Familiarity with Google Analytic and reporting tools Coding skills(HTML, CSS, Java) and Photoshop is a plus Languages: English (fluent, mandatory). Fluency in one other language is a plus
