About the Role

Al-Taj Al-Mudhee Contracting Company announces a vacancy for a Project Management Manager to join its team in Qassim. The Project Management Manager oversees the general activities of project and program management, ensuring that defined goals are achieved within designated timelines and budgets. This is a full-time role requiring 2 to 5 years of experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of project and program plans, direct financial budget estimation processes, and define necessary human, technical, and equipment requirements, ensuring their timely availability within the estimated costs.
• Oversee the identification of project assumptions and interdependencies with other projects and programs to ensure optimal utilization of available resources, and identify project risks, developing necessary steps to avoid and resolve them.
• Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining phases, ensuring adherence to project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications, and manage change processes according to established plans.
• Coordinate and follow up on the completion of major project milestones and the closure process, evaluate the extent to which project deliverables achieve their objectives, and ensure the transfer of knowledge and experience while documenting project-related files, templates, and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, challenge and risk management reports, and periodic performance indicator and success factor measurement reports, submitting them to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional experience ranging from two to five years in project management.
• Deep understanding of project and program management principles and processes.
• Ability to effectively supervise and guide project teams.

Work Environment

The Project Management Manager works full-time in Qassim within a dynamic work environment that requires constant coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the achievement of project goals.
