نحن نبحث عن مدير مشروع متميز للانضمام إلى شركة المقاولات والبناء لدينا وقيادة مشروع مجمع سكني كبير.
سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً مسؤولية كاملة عن تسليم المشروع، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتكلفة والجودة والسلامة وإدارة عقود الباطن والعلاقات مع العملاء، وضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، بما في ذلك 5 سنوات على الأقل كمدير مشروع في مشاريع المباني.
- سجل حافل بالنجاح في مشاريع المجمعات السكنية (الفلل) أو المشاريع المماثلة متعددة المباني.
- عضوية سارية المفعول في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- معرفة قوية بشروط عقود الفيديك (FIDIC) أو العقود المماثلة والأوامر التغييرية والمطالبات.
- خبرة في إدارة مقاولي الباطن وفرق العمل متعددة التخصصات.
- تعتبر شهادة PMP ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان برامج Primavera P6 أو MS Project وبرامج MS Office.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتفاوض والتواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة المشروع من مرحلة التجهيز حتى التسليم، وتحقيق أهداف الوقت والتكلفة والجودة والسلامة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطة تنفيذ المشروع، والهيكل التنظيمي، وخطة الموارد.
- إدارة ميزانية المشروع والتدفقات النقدية والتحكم في التكاليف بالتنسيق مع الفريق التجاري.
- قيادة عمليات شراء عقود الباطن وترسيتها وإدارتها.
- إدارة العلاقات مع العميل والمستشار وقيادة اجتماعات متابعة التقدم.
- متابعة الجدول الزمني وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- إدارة الأوامر التغييرية والمطالبات والمراسلات التعاقدية.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والمطلبات النظامية.
- رفع تقارير أداء المشروع إلى الإدارة العليا بشكل منتظم.
- قيادة عمليات الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي والتسليم وإغلاق المشروع.
Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our contracting and construction company and lead a large residential compound project.
The candidate will have full responsibility for project delivery, including planning, cost, quality, safety, subcontract management and client relations, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to the required standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years as Project Manager on building projects.
- Proven track record in residential villa compounds or similar multi-building projects.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract conditions, variations and claims.
- Experience in managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project from mobilization through handover, achieving time, cost, quality and safety targets.
- Develop and implement the project execution plan, organization and resource plan.
- Manage the project budget, cash flow and cost control in coordination with the commercial team.
- Lead subcontract procurement, award and management.
- Manage client and consultant relations and lead progress meetings.
- Monitor the schedule and implement recovery actions when needed.
- Manage variations, claims and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and statutory requirements.
- Report project performance to senior management on a regular basis.
- Lead testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out.
