مدير تصميم | عمارة البيئة
قيادة الإدارة والتنسيق اليومي لتصميم عمارة البيئة والمجال العام بدءًا من المراحل الأولى للمفهوم وحتى مرحلة التصميم التفصيلي ووثائق التنفيذ (IFC)، مع ضمان التميز في التصميم، والتحكم التجاري، والتكامل التام بين جميع التخصصات.
- إدارة التصميم وقيادة الفريق
- تخطيط وإدارة وإنجاز المشاريع الموكلة ضمن الميزانية، والجدول الزمني، ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.
- تطوير الوعي التجاري — المتابعة النشطة لاستخدام الرسوم/الأتعاب، وتغييرات نطاق العمل، وتفعيل إجراءات التحكم في التغيير عند الحاجة.
- إعداد وتحديث جداول الموارد والمخرجات بالتنسيق مع رئيس القسم ومديري المشاريع.
- المساهمة في شراء خدمات الاستشاريين الفرعيين، وتحديد نطاق العمل، وتقييم الأداء الفني.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتحفيز فريق متعدد التخصصات (أخصائيي عمارة البيئة، الري، نمذجة معلومات المباني BIM، الإخراج البصري، CAD، والتخصصات البيئية).
- تطبيق إجراءات منهجية لضمان ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) والمراجعة بين الأقران عند كل مرحلة تصميمية.
- تنسيق التكامل المبكر لمتطلبات الهندسة المدنية، والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP)، والبنية التحتية.
- ضمان دمج مبادئ الاستدامة، وإمكانية الوصول، والسلامة في التصميم ضمن تصاميم عمارة البيئة.
- إنجاز مشاريع عمارة البيئة المعقدة مع تقديم التوجيه الفني والإداري طوال مرحلتي التصميم ودعم التنفيذ.
- تفويض المهام بفاعلية، ومتابعة التقدم، وإدارة المخاطر، والرفع بالتقارير الاستباقية.
- ضمان الالتزام بنظام إدارة الجودة الداخلي (QMS) وإجراءات أيزو 9001.
- تمثيل تخصص عمارة البيئة في اجتماعات العملاء والاستشاريين، وإدارة التوقعات وتعزيز قيم الشركة.
- المساهمة في العروض الفنية والمالية: تحديد نطاق العمل، منهجية التصميم، خطط الإدارة، قوائم المخرجات، وميزانيات التصميم.
- الاحتفاظ بالتوثيق الرسمي — محاضر الاجتماعات، سجلات تغيير التصميم، أدوات تتبع التنسيق، وسجلات المخاطر.
- الخبرة الفنية والتصميمية
- الإشراف والمراجعة لإعداد جميع مخرجات عمارة البيئة، بما في ذلك خطط تسليم التصميم، التقارير، الرسومات، حزم العناصر الصلبة والنباتية (Hardscape/Softscape)، مخططات الري والتسوية، إستراتيجيات الزراعة، السرديات الخاصة بالاستدامة، وجداول المواد.
- التعاون مع رئيس القسم ومديري المشاريع بشأن التحديات الفنية المعقدة لضمان قابلية التنفيذ والأداء البيئي.
- ضمان إعداد وثائق المنافسات ووثائق التنفيذ (IFC) بدقة ووفقًا لمعايير الجهات المختصة (الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض، وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية، كود البناء السعودي، بلدية دبي، إلخ).
- إعداد وتتبع قوائم المخرجات وفقًا لنطاق العقد.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بأحدث الأكواد، والمعايير، وأفضل الممارسات في التصميم المستدام.
- قيادة دمج نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) باستخدام Revit LA / Civil 3D / Navisworks، لضمان دقة النماذج والتنسيق والالتزام بمستويات تفاصيل النمذجة (LOD).
- مراجعة مخرجات الاستشاريين الفرعيين والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة المعمارية، والإنشائية، والكهربائية والميكانيكية، والبنية التحتية، والتصميم الداخلي.
- العمل مع حاسب الكميات وكاتب المواصفات لإعداد مواصفات عمارة البيئة، وجداول الكميات (BOQs)، وجداول التكاليف.
- المساهمة في الهندسة القيمية، وتقييم العطاءات، والدعم الميداني في الموقع.
- تعزيز الابتكار في التصميم الرقمي، والإخراج البصري، والمواد المستدامة.
- التواصل والتعاون
- إتقان التواصل كتابةً وتحدثًا باللغة الإنجليزية (وباللغة العربية حيثما ينطبق).
- قيادة العروض التقديمية للعملاء، وورش عمل التصميم، ومراجعات التنسيق.
- تحويل البيانات الفنية المعقدة إلى سرديات بصرية وشفهية واضحة لأصحاب المصلحة.
- بناء وتطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء، والشركاء، والجهات الحكومية/المختصة.

- عمليات القسم
- تقديم تقارير أسبوعية لرئيس القسم/الإدارة حول الجداول الزمنية، والمخرجات، وتوزيع الموارد.
- العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع لمتابعة البرنامج الزمني والرفع بتقارير المخاطر.
- التنسيق داخل الفريق وبين التخصصات المختلفة لضمان تسليم المشاريع بشكل متكامل ومتناسق.
- المشاركة في مراجعات ضمان الجودة وجلسات تبادل المعرفة.
- دعم تطوير المعايير الداخلية، والنماذج، وأساليب العمل الرقمية.
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق والمساهمة في إطار مهارات عمارة البيئة من خلال التطوير المهني المستمر (CPD) والملاحظات البناءة.
- تولي المسؤولية الكاملة والملكية التامة للمشاريع الموكلة.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في عمارة البيئة من جامعة معترف بها (مطلوب).
- يُفضل الحصول على اعتماد مهني أو الأهلية للحصول عليه (CMLI، ASLA، أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، بما في ذلك 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إدارة التصميم داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- فهم شامل لمبادئ تصميم عمارة البيئة، وتقنيات التنفيذ، وأكواد الجهات التنظيمية والإقليمية.
- نجاح مثبت في إدارة مشاريع المجال العام والمساحات المفتوحة واسعة النطاق.

Job Description
Design Manager (DM) | Landscape Architecture
Lead day-to-day management and coordination of landscape and public-realm design across early-stage concept through detailed and IFC delivery, ensuring design excellence, commercial control, and full interdisciplinary integration.
- Design Management and Team Leadership
- Plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects within approved time, fee, and quality parameters.
- Develop commercial awareness — actively monitor fee utilisation, scope changes, and initiate change-control processes where required.
- Prepare and maintain resource and deliverable schedules in coordination with the HoD and Project Managers.
- Contribute to sub-consultant procurement, scope definition, and technical performance assessment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team (Landscape, Irrigation, BIM, Visualisation, CAD, and Environmental specialists).
- Implement structured QA/QC and peer-review procedures at every design gateway.
- Coordinate early integration of civil, MEP, and infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure landscape designs incorporate sustainability, accessibility, and safety-in-design principles.
- Deliver complex landscape projects while providing technical and managerial guidance throughout design and construction support.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, manage risks, and report proactively.
- Ensure compliance with internal QMS and ISO 9001 processes.
- Represent the Landscape discipline in client and consultant meetings, managing expectations and promoting company values.
- Contribute to proposals: scope identification, design methodology, management plans, deliverables lists, and design budgets.
- Maintain formal documentation — Minutes of Meetings, Design-Change Logs, Coordination Trackers, and Risk Registers.
- Design & Technical Expertise
- Oversee and review preparation of all landscape deliverables, including Design Delivery Plans, Reports, Drawings, Hardscape/Softscape Packages, Irrigation & Grading Plans, Planting Strategies, Sustainability Narratives, and Material Schedules.
- Collaborate with HoD and PMs on complex technical challenges ensuring constructability and environmental performance.
- Ensure accurate production of tender and IFC documentation aligned with authority standards (RCRC, MOMRA, SBC, DM, etc.).
- Develop and track deliverables lists per contract scope.
- Maintain awareness of current codes, standards, and sustainable design best practice.
- Lead BIM integration using Revit LA / Civil 3D / Navisworks, ensuring model accuracy, coordination, and LOD compliance.
- Review sub-consultant deliverables and coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure, and ID teams.
- Work with QS and Spec Writer to develop landscape specifications, BOQs, and cost schedules.
- Contribute to Value-Engineering, tender evaluation, and site support.
- Champion innovation in digital design, visualisation, and sustainable materials.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Exhibit fluent written and spoken communication in English (and Arabic where applicable).
- Lead client presentations, design workshops, and coordination reviews.
- Translate complex technical data into clear visual and verbal narratives for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and authorities.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful culture aligned with company values.
- Maintain consistently high Client-Satisfaction Scores through proactive service.
- Department Operations
- Report weekly to HoD/Management on schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with Project Managers for programme tracking and risk reporting.
- Coordinate within the team and across disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Participate in QA reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support development of internal standards, templates, and digital workflows.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the Landscape Skills Framework through structured CPD and feedback.
- Adopt full ownership and accountability for assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognised University (required).
- Professional accreditation or eligibility (CMLI, ASLA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years total experience, including at least 3 years in a design-management capacity within the GCC.
- Comprehensive understanding of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and regional authority codes.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale public-realm projects.
- Proficiency in Revit LA, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and BIM 360.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritise workloads, and deliver under pressure.
