- قيادة وإدارة مشاريع التطوير الأمني، وضمان توافقها مع الرؤية والإستراتيجية العامة لشركة القدية للاستثمار
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والجهات المعنية الخارجية، بما في ذلك المشغلون والمقاولون والاستشاريون والجهات الحكومية لتسهيل تسليم المشاريع بنجاح
- ضمان الالتزام باللوائح المحلية ومتطلبات التنظيم والمعايير البيئية طوال عملية التطوير
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع والميزانية، وتطبيق إستراتيجيات فعالة لإدارة المخاطر وإدارة التكاليف
- تطوير وبناء علاقات قوية مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية، بما في ذلك قادة المجتمع والمستثمرون والشركاء
- مهارات تواصل قوية كتابية وشفهية، مع تفضيل كبير لإتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
- توجيه وقيادة فريق تطوير عالي الأداء، وتعزيز ثقافة التعاون والابتكار
- إعداد وتقديم خطط المشاريع والتقارير والتحديثات للإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة
- الاطلاع المستمر على توجهات القطاع والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات لتعزيز الابتكار في التطوير
- التنسيق وإدارة فريق المشاريع خلال عملية التسليم، لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع وفقًا للتصميم المعتمد
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في التطوير العقاري، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو الهندسة المعمارية، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة (تُفضل درجة الماجستير).
تُحظى مؤهلات إدارة البرامج و/أو المحافظ بتقدير كبير.
خبرة عمل مهنية ذات صلة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا
Leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of security projects from concept to completion. Exhibiting a robust understanding of the real estate development process and capable of delivering innovative solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision.
Demonstrated end-to-end experience in the development of security assets with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC Region.
- Lead and manage security development projects, ensuring they align with the overall vision and strategy of Qiddiya Investment Company
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including operators, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental standards throughout the development process
- Monitor project progress and budget, implement effective risk management strategies and cost management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, investors, and partners
- Strong written and verbal communication, fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable
- Mentor and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and the board of directors
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in development
- To coordinate and manage the projects team through the delivery process, to ensure the projects are constructed in accordance with the approved design
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Program and/or Portfolio Management Qualification highly regarded.
