الهدف من الوظيفة:
المسؤولية عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة تحدث تحولاً في حياة المرضى من خلال ممارسات ممتازة قائمة على الأدلة والبراهين للمرضى في البيئة السريرية. ويتضمن هذا الدور تقييم المشاكل والاحتياجات الصحية للمرضى، وإعداد وتنفيذ خطط الرعاية التمريضية، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات الطبية. يعمل الممرض المسجل عن كثب مع الأطباء والممرضين الآخرين ومتخصصي الرعاية الصحية لضمان تقديم أفضل رعاية للمرضى وتحقيق أفضل النتائج.
المديريات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- المهام السريرية:
- إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة لصحة المريض، بما في ذلك الفحوصات الجسدية، وقياس العلامات الحيوية، ومراقبة الأعراض.
- إعداد وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المرضى وبالتعاون مع أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات الموصوفة من قبل الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
- تقديم الرعاية للجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والغيار ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
- مساعدة الأطباء وأخصائيي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية.
- ملاحظة وتدوين حالات المرضى، بما في ذلك التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوكيات، والإبلاغ عن أي تغيرات جوهرية للفريق الطبي.

- المهام الإدارية:
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومفصلة لرعاية المرضى، بما في ذلك الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
- التواصل بفعالية مع المرضى وعائلاتهم وفريق الرعاية الصحية لضمان تقديم رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
- التعاون مع أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين لضمان استمرارية وتكامل رعاية المرضى.
- المهام الداعمة:
- تقديم الدعم النفسي والعاطفي للمرضى وعائلاتهم، ومعالجة المخاوف وتقديم الطمأنينة خلال الأوقات العصيبة.
- الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وتفضيلاتهم، مع ضمان احترام حقوقهم وسماع أصواتهم.
- المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمر لمواكبة الممارسات والتطورات الطبية الحديثة.
- احترام الخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة ودمج قيم المرضى ومعتقداتهم في تخطيط الرعاية.
- الإشراف على عمل الموظفين المبتدئين وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات، يشمل الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، لتقديم رعاية شاملة
- تحديد ومعالجة المشكلات أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في الحلول والتحسينات في الممارسة العملية
- أي مهام أخرى يُكلف بها من قبل مدير التمريض في حدود نطاق العمل

- إتمام التعليم الإلزامي وفقًا للمتطلبات، قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ الانتهاء.

- المهارات المكتبية والإدارية (إعداد جدول الأعمال وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات، المسح الضوئي للمستندات، وغيرها)
الخبرة
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة
- ممرض مقيم: الموظفون الذين لديهم خبرة أقل من سنة واحدة سيلتحقون ببرنامج إقامة التمريض (برنامج فقيه للخريجين)
المؤهل العلمي
درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها
اللغة
إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية، وتعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
التراخيص / الشهادات
ترخيص ممارسة المهنة من بلد المنشأ، ترخيص الممارسة وفقًا للهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA)، وشهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي BLS، ودعم الحياة القلبي المتقدم ACLS وغيرها من دورات LSTC حسب الاقتضاء.
Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care that transforms lives through excellent evidence-based practices to patients in a clinical setting. The role includes assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The Registered Nurse works closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
- Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements in practice
- Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

Experience
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience
- RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Language
Excellent command of the English language and Arabic is a plus.
Licenses / Certifications
License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
