نظرة عامة على الدور الوظيفي:
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية تشغيل وبرمجة الآلات المبرمجة حاسوبياً والتي تؤدي مجموعة واسعة من الوظائف، مثل الثقب أو القطع أو تشكيل المواد.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية: - إنشاء البرامج وضبط وتشغيل أدوات آلات CNC لكل مكون.
- المسؤولية عن تسجيل جميع ساعات العمل بدقة دخولاً وخروجاً على نظام تسجيل الوقت
- المسؤولية عن الالتزام بإجراءات نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وإرشادات العمل الخاصة بشركة هانتينغ (Hunting).
- المسؤولية عن الالتزام بسياسة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- التوصية باحتياجات المثبتات والأدوات لزيادة الكفاءة في تشغيل كل مكون.
- المسؤولية عن الاستخدام الأمثل للأدوات/اللقم والمثبتات لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الإنتاجية.
- تقديم جميع معلومات العدة المطلوبة وتقليل زمن الدورة لجميع البرامج.
- تصنيع المكونات بدقة وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- الإبلاغ عن أي مكونات غير مطابقة للمواصفات إلى المشرفين وإدارة ضبط الجودة (QC).
- مخول باستخدام الأدوات والقواطع المناسبة بناءً على الآلات
- مخول بإجراء الصيانة الوقائية اليومية للآلة وفقاً للإرشادات المحددة. وضمان العناية بجميع الآلات والعدات والمعدات المستخدمة.
- مخول بتعديل معاملات التشغيل وبرنامج CNC
- مخول بوقف العملية في حالة وجود أي انحرافات/مخاوف بشأن جودة المنتج والصحة والسلامة والبيئة
- مسؤول عن الحفاظ على الأبعاد وفقاً للرسم الهندسي
- مسؤول عن الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الآلة ومكان العمل.
مسؤوليات إضافية،
- تعزيز سياسات هانتينغ للصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والتواصل الفعال للتوعية بالمخاطر لجميع الموظفين والحفاظ على أدوات التحكم الضرورية لسلامتهم وسلامة الآخرين.
- أداء جميع المهام وفقاً لإجراءات الجودة وإرشادات العمل الخاصة بالشركة من أجل تقديم أعلى معايير الجودة والحفاظ عليها لجميع المنتجات والخدمات.
- تطوير الذات في إطار الدور الوظيفي والمشاركة والتطور من خلال الأنشطة التدريبية والتطويرية المسندة للشخص.
- فهم عروض خدمات ومنتجات هانتينغ
- إثبات الذات كخبير في المجال لدى العميل وخبير في التخصص الفني/المهني المحدد
- إنشاء علاقات عمل جيدة والحفاظ عليها
- فهم واستخدام تسلسل الإبلاغ الصحيح
- يُتوقع من الموظفين العمل بالساعات المعقولة الضرورية لتلبية متطلبات وظيفتهم.
- قد يتطلب الأمر السفر عند الحاجة، لذا يلزم توفر درجة من المرونة.
- المهام الإضافية حسب الحاجة والمعقول من وقت لآخر.

المؤهلات/المهارات والخبرة:
- شهادة أو دبلوم ذات صلة في التدريب الصناعي أو التعليم الفني
- يُفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول
- يُفضل خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دور مماثل
- قدرة ومعرفة واسعة بتشغيل آلات الفرازة/المخرطة ذات التحكم الرقمي CNC والأدوات اليدوية المختلفة مثل الجلاخات، وغيرها.
- يُفضل وجود فهم عام ومهارات بمكونات آلات CNC.
- يجب القدرة على استخدام وقراءة الميكرومترات ومعدات القياس المختلفة الأخرى.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المستندات والرسومات الميكانيكية.

- يجب أن يكون الشخص قارداً على التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية واتباع التعليمات بها.

Job Title: CNC Operation & Programmer
Reporting to: Manufacturing Manager
Nature of the Position: Full Time
Role Overview:
The job holder is responsible for operating and programming computer-programmed machinery that perform a wide variety of functions, such as drilling, cutting, or shaping materials.
Key Responsibilities: - To make the program, set and operate CNC Machine tools for each component.
- Responsible to Correctly book all working hours on/off the time booking system
- Responsible for Adhere Hunting QMS & HSE system procedures, work instructions.
- Responsible for Adhering to the Quality & HSE Policy.
- To recommend the needs of fixtures and tools for increasing efficiency in machining of each component.
- Responsible for making optimum use of tools/inserts and fixtures for maximum productivity.
- Provide all required tooling information and reduce cycling time for all programs.
- Manufacture components accurately to relevant Engineering drawings and specifications.
- Report any non-conforming components to supervisors and QC Department.
- Authorized to use suitable tools and cutters based on the machines
- Authorized to perform Daily preventive maintenance of machine as per the prescribed instructions. Ensure the care of all machinery, tooling and equipment used.
- Authorized to modify machining parameters and CNC Program
- Authorized to stop the process if any deviations/concerns about product quality and HSE
- Accountable for maintaining dimensions as per the drawing
- Accountable to Keep the machine area and work area clean and tidy.

- Performing all duties in accordance with the Company’s Quality Procedures and work Instructions in order to deliver and maintain the highest standards of quality for all products and services.

Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
- Relevant certificate or diploma of industrial training or technical education
- Full Saudi Driving License is desirable
- At least 4 years of experience in similar role is desirable
- Extensive Ability and knowledge of operating CNC milling/lathe and various hand tools such as grinders, etc.
- General understanding and skills of CNC machines components is desirable.
- Must be able to use and read Micrometers and various other measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
