Job Overview

Civil Works Company announces its need for a Project Management Director to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This role aims to provide overall supervision of project and program management activities, and follow up on the development of implementation plans to ensure achieving specified goals within designated timelines and budgets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising the development and implementation of project and program plans, guiding and following up on financial budget estimations, and identifying required human, technical, and equipment resources, while ensuring their timely provision within the estimated cost.
• Supervising the identification of project assumptions and interdependencies with other projects or programs to ensure optimal utilization of available resources, and identifying project risks along with the necessary steps to prevent and resolve them.
• Coordinating with the project team to review completed work and remaining phases, ensuring compliance with the project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications, and managing change processes according to established plans.
• Coordinating and following up on the completion of key project phases and the project closure process, evaluating the level to which project deliverables achieve their goals, and ensuring the transfer of knowledge and expertise as well as the documentation of project documents and reports.
• Supervising the periodic preparation of project progress reports, risk and challenge management reports, and performance indicator and success factor measurement reports, and submitting them to relevant stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging between 5 to 10 years in project management.
• Deep understanding of project implementation plan development processes and workflow monitoring.
• Ability to establish and track project budgets and contractual procedures.
• Excellent skills in risk identification and developing appropriate solutions.

Job Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Region. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
