الهدف من الوظيفة:
لضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال للأجهزة الطبية الحيوية من خلال إجراء الصيانة والإصلاحات وتقديم التدريب على الاستخدام الصحيح لها، وفقًا لمعايير الاعتماد الصحي الوطنية والدولية واللوائح المعمول بها.
المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية
- ضمان ظروف عمل المعدات الطبية في منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية ضمن مجال اختصاصه/اختصاصها وتقديم تقارير إلى مدير وحدة الهندسة الطبية الحيوية حول أي حالة عاجلة تتعلق بالمعدات الطبية الحيوية.
- العمل بشكل مستقل و/أو بالتعاون مع أعضاء قسم الهندسة الطبية الحيوية الآخرين وفقًا لمتطلبات العمل، لتقليل فترة توقف المعدات الطبية عن العمل في مجال اختصاصه.
- اقتراح الأدوات الضرورية ومعدات الاختبار ومواد الخدمة المطلوبة للمعدات الطبية في مجال اختصاصه على مدير / مدير عام الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- إجراء و/أو الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية للمعدات الطبية كلما دعت الحاجة، وتأكيد إكمال هذه المهمة بموجب تقرير خدمة موقع من المستخدم النهائي وتوثيق الإجراء المتخذ على النظام.
- إجراء و/أو الإشراف على الصيانة الوقائية الدورية المجدولة (PPM) وفقًا لقائمة التحقق الخاصة بالشركة المصنعة، وتأكيد إكمال هذه المهمة بموجب تقرير خدمة موقع من المستخدم النهائي وتوثيق الإجراء المتخذ على النظام.
- إجراء و/أو الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب وتفكيك المعدات الطبية بعد الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من رئيس قسم المعدات الطبية، ويشمل ذلك استكمال التوثيق المطلوب لعملية الاستلام الجديد والتكهين.
- ضبط العمل ومتابعة الطلبات اليومية ليتم توزيعها على فني الهندسة الطبية الحيوية ومتابعة الإجراء المتخذ لكل أمر عمل.
- مساعدة قسم سلسلة الإمداد في تقييم عروض قطع غيار المعدات الطبية.
- التأكد من استيفاء المواصفات البيئية والفنية للمعدات الطبية الجديدة والحالية في الموقع.
- رفع تقارير شهرية إلى مدير / مدير عام الهندسة الطبية الحيوية تتضمن حالة تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الوقائية (PPM) للمعدات الطبية.
- الاستجابة للحوادث الطارئة واتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية بالتنسيق مع مدير / مدير عام الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- طلب المعدات / قطع الغيار المفقودة وكتالوجات المنتجات للمعدات الطبية في مجال اختصاصه والتأكد من الحفاظ على تنظيمها.
- ضبط التدريب المطلوب لمستخدمي منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية وإجراء التدريب اللازم عند الحاجة.
- المراقبة والإشراف الدائم على أنشطة ورشة الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك:
- أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الفرد في مجموعة فقيه.
- المساهمة بفعالية في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، في إطار نطاق الدور الوظيفي.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة المهنية.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الاطلاع عليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريبات والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بقواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لرعاية فقيه ودعمها.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي وفقًا للمتطلبات، قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ الانتهاء.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنشطة خدمة وصيانة المعدات الطبية في مجال اختصاصه، سواء في مستشفى أو شركة تقديم خدمات المعدات الطبية.
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإلكترونية أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
اللغة: إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة، وتُفضل اللغة العربية.
التراخيص / الشهادات: الحصول على ترخيص ممارسة مهنة مهندس أجهزة طبية حيوية ساري المفعول صادر من الجهة التنظيمية المختصة.
Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of biomedical equipment by performing maintenance, repairs, and providing training on its proper use, in compliance with national and international healthcare accreditation standards and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Assures the working conditions of Fakeeh Health Care facility medical equipment’s in his / her domain of specialties and reports to Biomedical Engineering Unit Manager on any urgent stage related to Biomedical Equipment.
- Works independently and/or collaboratively with other BME Department members according to the job requirement, to minimize the down time of the medical equipment in his domain of specialties.
- Suggests to Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director the necessary tools, test equipment as well as service materials required for the medical equipment in his domain of specialties.
- Performs and/or supervises corrective jobs for medical equipment whenever is needed and confirm completion of this task by signed service report from end-user and debrief action taken on the system
- Performs and/or supervises scheduled PPM’s per manufacturer checklist and confirm completion of this task by signed service report from end-user and debrief action taken on the system
- Performs and/or supervises medical equipment installation and dismantling activities after getting necessary permits from the Medical Equipment Department Head this includes complete needed documentation for new acceptance & scrap process.
- Controls the work and follow-up the daily request to be distributed to Biomedical Technician and follow-up the action taken for each job order.
- Assists Supply Chain Department in evaluating the medical equipment spare parts offers.
- Assures the environmental and technical specifications fulfillment of the new and existing medical equipment in site.
- Reports to the Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director in monthly basis including execution status of the PPM Plan for medical equipment.
- Responds to urgent incidents and perform immediate actions in coordination with Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director.
- Orders missing equipment / spare parts and product catalogues for medical equipment in his domain of specialties and assures keeping them organized.
- Controlling the training needed for Fakeeh Health Care facility users and do the necessary training of needed.
- Always Observes and supervises the Biomedical Workshop activities.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in service and maintenance activities of medical equipment in his domain of specialty in either hospital or medical equipment services provider company.
Education: Bachelor degree of Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: Hold a valid license to practice as a Biomedical Engineer issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
