نحن نبحث عن
مسؤول تواصل علمي طبي (MSL) للانضمام إلى فريق الشؤون الطبية لدينا في المملكة العربية السعودية، مع تركيز قوي على
المنطقة الوسطى. سيقدم هذا الدور الميداني الخبرة العلمية في مجال طب الأعصاب، ليغطي الدواعي العلاجية والتجميلية على حد سواء.
بصفتك شريكًا علميًا موثوقًا لمجتمع الرعاية الصحية، سوف تقوم بـ:
- بناء وتعزيز العلاقات المهنية المباشرة مع ممارسي الرعاية الصحية وقادة الفكر والخبراء الطبيين الرئيسيين.
- قيادة التبادل العلمي المتوازن والقائم على الأدلة وذي الجودة العالية في الدواعي العلاجية والتجميلية.
- تقديم ودعم التعليم العلمي، والتدريب على الحقن، والدورات المتقدمة، وورش العمل، واجتماعات الخبراء.
- الشراكة مع الخبراء الخارجيين الرئيسيين لتعزيز الفهم العلمي حول آلية عمل التوكسين، والتشريح، ونتائج العلاج.
- جمع وتوصيل الرؤى الطبية الهادفة حول الاحتياجات غير الملباة، والممارسة السريرية، وتوجهات العلاج، وواقع الرعاية الصحية المتطور.
- دعم مبادرات التعليم الطبي، وأنشطة المؤتمرات، والمجالس الاستشارية، وفرص توليد البيانات.
- التعاون عن كثب مع الشؤون الطبية والزملاء من مختلف التخصصات، ونقل الرؤى الميدانية القيمة إلى الاستراتيجية والتخطيط الطبي.
- الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النزاهة العلمية والامتثال والتركيز على المريض في كل تفاعل.
ما الذي نبحث عنه؟
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
- شهادة جامعية في الصيدلة، أو العلوم الطبية، أو تخصص ذات صلة.
- خبرة في مجال صناعة الأدوية وفهم قوي للبيانات السريرية والعلمية.
- يُفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في الشؤون الطبية.
- خبرة أو معرفة علمية قوية في طب الأعصاب، والطب العلاجي و/أو التجميلي.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على بناء علاقات علمية موثوقة مع ممارسي الرعاية الصحية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية. وتُعد اللغة العربية ميزة كبيرة.
- القدرة والرغبة في العمل الميداني المكثف والسفر بانتظام حسب الحاجة.

We are looking for a
Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on the
Central Region. This field-based role will provide scientific expertise across Neuroscience, covering both Therapeutic and Aesthetic indications.
As a trusted scientific partner to the healthcare community, you will:
- Build and strengthen peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals, thought leaders and key medical experts.
- Lead high-quality, balanced and evidence-based scientific exchange across Therapeutic and Aesthetic indications.
- Deliver and support scientific education, injector training, masterclasses, workshops and expert meetings.
- Partner with key external experts to advance scientific understanding around toxin mechanism, anatomy and treatment outcomes.
- Gather and communicate meaningful medical insights on unmet needs, clinical practice, treatment trends and the evolving healthcare landscape.
- Support medical education initiatives, congress activities, advisory boards and data-generation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and cross-functional colleagues, bringing valuable field insights into medical strategy and planning.
- Maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity, compliance and patient focus in every interaction.
What are we looking for?
You Will Bring
- A degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related discipline.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience and a strong understanding of clinical and scientific data.
- Previous Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
- Experience or strong scientific knowledge in Neuroscience, Therapeutic and/or Aesthetic medicine.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible scientific relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English. Arabic is highly valued.
- The ability and willingness to work extensively in the field and travel regularly as required.
