مدير مبيعات المجموعة مسؤول عن دفع نمو الإيرادات وتحقيق أقصى قدر من فرص الأعمال عبر محفظة الفنادق/الممتلكات ضمن المجموعة المخصصة. تتركز الوظيفة على تطوير أعمال جديدة، والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الحسابات الرئيسية، وزيادة الحصة السوقية، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والإيرادات المتفق عليها.
سيقوم مدير مبيعات المجموعة بالعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات وإدارة الإيرادات والتسويق والحجوزات والعمليات لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة تتماشى مع الأهداف التجارية للمجموعة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
1. المبيعات وتوليد الإيرادات
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية للإيرادات.
تعزيز فرص الإيرادات من الغرف والاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والأحداث والخدمات الفندقية وغيرها عبر الممتلكات المخصصة.
تحديد فرص أعمال جديدة وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى حسابات طويلة الأمد.
إجراء مكالمات مبيعات منتظمة، واجتماعات مع العملاء، وعروض تقديمية، وتفتيشات للمواقع.
التفاوض على العقود والأسعار والاتفاقيات التجارية ضمن الإرشادات المعتمدة.
مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين ومتطلبات العملاء لتحديد فرص نمو الإيرادات.
2. تطوير الأعمال
بناء والحفاظ على محفظة قوية من القطاعات الرئيسية مثل الشركات والحكومة والترفيه والمجموعات وMICE وغيرها.
البحث عن حسابات جديدة وتعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين.
تطوير شراكات استراتيجية مع الشركات ووكالات السفر ومنظمي الفعاليات وDMCs وغيرها من الشركاء التجاريين.
المشاركة في المعارض التجارية والمهمات التسويقية والأحداث الشبكية والمعارض الصناعية.
إعداد وتنفيذ خطط تطوير الحسابات للعملاء الرئيسيين.
3. إدارة الحسابات
الحفاظ على اتصال منتظم مع الحسابات الرئيسية وضمان مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
فهم احتياجات العملاء التجارية وتطوير حلول تجارية مخصصة.
إجراء مراجعات أعمال منتظمة مع الحسابات الرئيسية وتحديد فرص إضافية للأعمال.
ضمان تسجيل جميع معلومات العملاء والأنشطة والفرص والمتابعات بدقة في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
معالجة مخاوف العملاء بشكل احترافي والتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية لضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب.
4. تنسيق المجموعة
الترويج لجميع الممتلكات ضمن المجموعة وتحديد فرص البيع المتبادل.
العمل بشكل تعاوني مع مديري المبيعات وغيرهم من أعضاء الفريق التجاري لتعظيم الأعمال عبر المجموعة.
تنسيق أنشطة المبيعات وضمان استراتيجيات تجارية متسقة عبر الممتلكات المخصصة.
مشاركة المعلومات الاستخباراتية للسوق ومعلومات الحسابات وفرص الأعمال مع فرق الممتلكات المعنية.
5. تخطيط المبيعات والتقارير
إعداد تقارير وأنماط نشاط المبيعات الأسبوعية والشهرية والتنبؤات.
مراقبة الأداء مقابل أهداف المبيعات والميزانيات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
الحفاظ على مسار مبيعات دقيق وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة حول الأعمال المحتملة.
تحليل الإنتاج من الحسابات الرئيسية واقتراح الإجراءات المناسبة لزيادة الإيرادات.
دعم إعداد الخطط السنوية للمبيعات والميزانيات والاستراتيجيات التجارية.
6. العمل الجماعي والقيادة
العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق إدارة الإيرادات والتسويق والحجوزات والاستقبال والفعاليات والعمليات.
دعم وتوجيه أعضاء فريق المبيعات المبتدئين عند الحاجة.
تشجيع ثقافة مبيعات تتمحور حول النتائج وتركز على العملاء.
المشاركة في الاجتماعات التجارية المنتظمة والمساهمة في استراتيجيات الأعمال على مستوى المجموعة.

المؤهلات والخبرة
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الضيافة أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة مفضل.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة الفنادق/الضيافة.
خبرة سابقة في منصب مدير مبيعات أو دور تجاري مماثل مفضل.
خبرة في إدارة حسابات الشركات والمجموعات وMICE أو الأعمال الحكومية ميزة إضافية.
معرفة قوية بالسوق المحلي والبيئة التجارية.
سجل حافل في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتطوير أعمال جديدة.

Job description
The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing business opportunities across a portfolio of hotels/properties within the assigned cluster. The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, increasing market share, and achieving agreed sales and revenue targets.
The Cluster Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the commercial objectives of the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Drive room, meeting, conference, events, catering, and other revenue opportunities across the assigned properties.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
2. Business Development
Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of corporate, government, leisure, group, MICE, and other key market segments.
Prospect and acquire new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Develop strategic partnerships with companies, travel agencies, event organizers, DMCs, and other relevant business partners.
Participate in trade shows, sales missions, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
Prepare and execute account development plans for key clients.
3. Account Management
Maintain regular contact with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand clients' business needs and develop customized commercial solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews with major accounts and identify opportunities for additional business.
Ensure all client information, activities, opportunities, and follow-ups are accurately maintained in the CRM system.
Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
4. Cluster Coordination
Promote all properties within the cluster and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Work collaboratively with Sales Managers and other commercial team members to maximize business across the cluster.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure consistent commercial strategies across the assigned properties.
Share market intelligence, account information, and business opportunities with the relevant property teams.
5. Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports and forecasts.
Monitor performance against sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on potential business.
Analyze production from key accounts and recommend appropriate actions to increase revenue.
Support the preparation of annual sales plans, budgets, and commercial strategies.
6. Teamwork & Leadership
Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, Events, and Operations teams.
Support and coach junior sales team members when required.
Encourage a results-oriented and customer-focused sales culture.
Participate in regular commercial meetings and contribute to cluster-wide business strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar commercial role is preferred.
Experience managing corporate accounts, groups, MICE, and/or government business is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the local market and business environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
