Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans in line with project requirements and approved designs
- Prepare detailed and construction-ready architectural drawings of various types
- Translate ideas, designs, and requirements into executable engineering drawings
- Review drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with engineering standards and project requirements
- Update drawings based on required changes and revisions during project phases
- Coordinate between architectural drawings and other engineering disciplines, including understanding and handling MEP drawings
- Organize and maintain drawing files and version control
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and the project development team
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Architectural Design, or a related field
- 8+ years of practical experience in architectural drafting
- Proficient, hands-on command of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, with an understanding of MEP drawings
- Prior experience working in engineering or consulting offices, or similar project environments
- Fluency in Arabic and English
