Backup & Storage Support (SAUDI ONLY)
Position: L1 Backup & Storage Engineer

Responsibilities:Monitor and support backup operations using and Dell Power Protect Data Manager (PPDM) Networker Data domain and Veeam. Perform basic troubleshooting of backup failures, alerts, and storage issues. Basic administration and monitoring of Dell Power Max and Power Scale. Monitor and troubleshoot SAN switches and connectivity issues. Perform daily health checks, incident logging, escalation, and documentation. Coordinate with L3 teams for complex issues. Required Skills:Basic knowledge of, Networker,PPDM,Data domain Power Max, Power Scale, and SAN switches. Understanding of backup, storage, SAN, and networking fundamentals. Good troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
