About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - System Operations for a full-time position in Al-Kharj. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, reliable, and effective operation of all automated and non-automated warehousing materials handling equipment and systems to meet Almarai's business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and reliable operation of automated and non-automated warehousing materials handling equipment.
• Ensure the effective functioning of all systems to support Almarai's operational needs.
• Implement and maintain operational standards to optimize system performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse management systems.
• Experience required: 2-5 years.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Knowledge and application of problem-solving techniques, including CAPA, DMAIC, and 5 Whys.
• High level of computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
