The Human Will Center for Day Care invites qualified individuals to join its team in Jazan city as a Disability Care Assistant. This full-time role aims to provide comprehensive support and care for people with disabilities, contributing to the improvement of their daily quality of life.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide integrated care for people with disabilities and to effectively assist in implementing programs designed to enhance their abilities and facilitate their social integration. The role also includes applying all safety, health, and occupational safety procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment for beneficiaries.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to people with disabilities in performing various recreational activities.
• Support them in mobility, help with sleep and waking times, and in bathing.
• Assist with eating and provide nutrition for those who cannot eat independently.
• Guide people with disabilities to maintain personal cleanliness and keep their surrounding environment clean.
• Contribute to implementing vocational, educational, and social rehabilitation programs in accordance with their physical and mental abilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

This role requires candidates with experience and competence in disability care. The basic requirements include:

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in disability care or a related field.
• Ability to effectively apply safety and health instructions.
• Patience, empathy, and responsibility toward beneficiaries.
