نبحث عن أخصائي عقود وامتياز تجاري للانضمام إلى فريقنا، للمساهمة في إدارة عقود الامتياز التجاري واستقطاب الشركاء والمحطات، ومتابعة الاتفاقيات والإجراءات ذات العلاقة.
المتطلبات:
✔ بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، القانون، التسويق أو تخصص ذو صلة.
✔ خبرة 3–5 سنوات في العقود أو الامتياز التجاري أو تطوير الأعمال.
✔ معرفة جيدة بإعداد ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات.
✔ مهارة في التفاوض والتواصل وإدارة العلاقات التجارية.
✔ معرفة بمراحل وإجراءات الامتياز التجاري وتوثيق الاتفاقيات.
✔ إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وتنظيم المستندات والتقارير.
✔ القدرة على التنسيق والمتابعة مع العملاء والشركاء والإدارات ذات العلاقة.

Job Vacancy | Contracts Specialist and Business Franchising
We are looking for a Contracts Specialist and Business Franchising to join our team, contributing to the management of franchise agreements, attracting partners and stations, and following up on related agreements and procedures.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in contracts, franchising, or business development.
✔ Good knowledge of drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
✔ Negotiation, communication, and business relationship management skills.
✔ Knowledge of franchise stages and procedures and documentation of agreements.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and organizing documents and reports.
✔ Ability to coordinate and follow up with clients, partners, and relevant departments.
