We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to lead legal operations for our mining sector projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing legal risk, regulatory compliance, contracts, and corporate governance across the organization's mining operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with government entities (Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, MISA, and relevant regulatory bodies). Oversee all legal affairs related to mining licenses, MISA registrations, and regulatory compliance with Saudi mining law. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, JV agreements, and vendor/supplier agreements. Advise senior management on legal risks related to exploration, land use, and mining operations. Handle litigation, labor disputes, and legal representation before Saudi courts and committees. Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Companies Law, and mining sector regulations. Requirements & Qualifications:Saudi national (required). Bachelor's degree in law; postgraduate qualification is a plus. Minimum 5–7+ years of legal experience, with proven experience in the mining sector (strongly preferred). Fluent in English, both written and spoken (essential — role involves international contracts and correspondence). Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial, labor, and mining regulations. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills. Membership with the Saudi Bar Association is a plus.
