Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager (Luxury Projects) to join our team. In this role you will get to manage Project Managers over a wide range of projects. Provides direction and management for large scale projects, or several small projects, and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsible for the scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Play a pivotal role in providing direction and management overseeing all Project Managers (PMs), to assure on-schedule completion within or below budget and per contractual obligations.
• Initiates and sets goals for the PMs and projects to the planned goals of the Country Manager and corporate strategy.
• Oversee delivery and overall success of our projects, supervision of our managers and inform the Country Manager on progress and performance.
• Initiate and set goals for the project managers and projects according to the strategic goals of the Country Manager.
• Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and checks the deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
• Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as needed.
• Act as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution.
• Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work with client.
• Responsible for the development and distribution of a project summary to all members of the project team for reference.
• Works with the key project individual to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work; advises the client and company management of any such changes.
• Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
• Monitors and reports to Country Manager on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field. Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and design management, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality projects. Must have thorough knowledge of program management, capabilities, and skills in engineering principles, and have a strategic mindset of industry best practices and regulations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with client, corporate, and their project managers on technical and non-technical subjects. Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity. Supervise all projects and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems. Advanced knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
