The Role of Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our full-time team in Jeddah. This role is dedicated to delivering personalized massage and recovery treatments designed to support relaxation, muscle recovery, mobility, and overall well-being for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage treatments tailored to each member’s specific needs.
• Consult with members to understand their concerns, goals, and treatment preferences.
• Apply appropriate massage and recovery techniques based on individual assessments.
• Support muscle recovery, relaxation, mobility, and overall wellness through treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment at all times.
• Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for members throughout each session.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Keep accurate records of treatments as required.
• Communicate professionally with members and other team members.
• Stay updated on relevant massage, recovery, and wellness techniques and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar professional role.
• Relevant certification or professional training in massage therapy.
• Good knowledge of human anatomy and various massage techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to assess individual needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic fitness and wellness environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends when necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized techniques such as sports massage, deep tissue, recovery, or stretching.
• Prior experience working in a gym, wellness center, spa, hotel, or similar fitness environment.
• Experience working with athletes or physically active clients.
