Role Overview: F&B Service Expert

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a F&B Service Expert / Saudi to join our full-time team in Makkah, with opportunities also available in Jeddah. This role involves providing direct service to guests, ensuring dining areas are prepared, and maintaining operational standards. The F&B Service Expert contributes to the overall guest experience by delivering attentive and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, aiming to provide a memorable dining experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain adequate supplies.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards across all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over various surfaces.
• Reading and verifying information.
• Lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds independently, or 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required.
