Role Description The Machine Operator will operate and monitor lathe machines to produce screws and parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include setting up machines, adjusting tooling and parameters, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the production run. The role involves reading and interpreting work orders, inspecting finished components, documenting production activities, and reporting any equipment or quality issues to supervisors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Unayzah, requiring consistent attendance, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with other production team members.
Qualifications

Proficiency in machine operation and working with lathe machinery, including basic setup and routine maintenance. Ability to perform quality control checks, inspect parts, and follow manufacturing specifications and tolerances. Experience using hand tools safely and effectively for adjustments, measurements, and minor repairs. Clear communication skills for coordinating with team members, following instructions, and reporting production or safety issues. Previous experience in manufacturing or metalworking environments is preferred. Basic understanding of mechanical drawings or measurements (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is an advantage. Commitment to workplace safety, reliability in attendance, and ability to stand and operate machinery for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational training is a plus.
