Turkey Sweets Trading Organization is looking for a Cashier Accountant to join its team in Al-Aqiq, Al-Baha. This role is full-time and requires experience ranging from 0-1 year in a related field. Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to efficiently and accurately manage all cash and credit transactions, ensuring settlement of monetary amounts at the end of each shift. The role also includes direct interaction with customers to meet their requests and ensure their satisfaction, in addition to regularly updating price lists.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Count and register cash at the start of the shift on the cash register, ensuring sufficient small change is available.
• Receive payments in cash or by credit card or other approved payment methods, settle remaining amounts, and issue appropriate receipts.
• Continuously update price lists, calculate prices of goods or services, prepare invoicing tables, and apply discounts when appropriate.
• Cash reconciliation of incoming cash with total sales at end of shift, and report any discrepancies or settle according to procedures.
• Interact with customers warmly and accommodate requests related to adding or removing items from shopping lists.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0-1 year in cashiering or customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact politely with customers.
• Commitment to accuracy in recording financial data and reconciling accounts.

Work Environment and Location

The cashier will work within the Turkey Sweets Trading Organization team at its branch in Al-Aqiq, in the Al-Baha region. The work environment focuses on customer service and providing a pleasant shopping experience.
