- مطلوب مشرف انتاج للعمل لدى مصنع حديد بمدينة الرياض
المهام الوظيفية:
- الإشراف على جميع مراحل الإنتاج اليومية داخل المصنع
- متابعة تنفيذ خطة الإنتاج والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم
- ضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة المهنية
- التنسيق مع أقسام التخطيط والمشتريات والمستودعات
- متابعة صيانة المعدات ورفع التقارير الدورية للإدارة
الشروط والمهارات
- خبرة عملية في إدارة والإشراف على مصانع الحديد
- خبرة في تصنيع الأبواب الحديدية، الهياكل المعدنية، السلالم، والمنتجات المعدنية
- إلمام كامل بعمليات القص، والثني، واللحام، والتجميع، والدهان، وضبط الجودة
- القدرة على إدارة فرق العمل وتحقيق المستهدفات الإنتاجية ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل الهدر

Job Tasks and Description
- A production supervisor is required to work at a steel factory in Riyadh city
Duties:
- Supervise all daily production stages within the factory
- Monitor the implementation of the production plan and adhere to delivery deadlines
- Ensure application of quality standards and occupational safety
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and warehousing departments
- Monitor equipment maintenance and prepare periodic reports for management
Requirements and Skills
- Practical experience in managing and supervising iron/steel factories
- Experience in manufacturing iron doors, metal structures, stairs, and metal products
- Full familiarity with cutting, bending, welding, assembly, painting, and quality control processes
- Ability to manage work teams and achieve production targets, increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste
