حول الدور الوظيفي:
تنسيق برامج التدريب في قسم البروتين من خلال الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات التدريب، معالجة الوثائق، وتقديم الدعم الإداري، من أجل ضمان قاعدة بيانات خالية من الأخطاء وتحقيق أهداف التدريب بفعالية.
يجب أن يستوفي المرشحون المحتملون المتطلبات المذكورة أدناه:
- حاصل على شهادة دبلوم.
- خبرة سنتين في الإدارة/ الموارد البشرية/ التدريب/ التعليم.
- خبرة ثلاث سنوات في التعليم/ التدريب
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تماماً.
- معرفة بدورة التدريب.
- مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم.
- القدرة على التواصل شبكيا مع العملاء الخارجيين جيداً المهارات الشخصية والتواصل والتقارير والتغذية الراجعة منضبط ودقيق أثناء ورش التدريب.

About the Role:
To coordinate training programs in Protein Division by maintaining a training database, processing documents, and providing administrative support, in order to ensure error free database and effective delivery of training objectives.
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- To hold a diploma degree.
- 2 years’ experience in admin/ HR/ training/ education.
- 3 years’ experience education/ training
- Fully fluent in the English language.
- Knowledge of training cycle.
- Planning & organizing skills.
- Ability to network with external customers Good interpersonal & communication skills Reporting & feedback Disciplined & meticulous during training workshops.
