Responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Tasks & Responsibilities:• Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.• Achieve individual and team sales targets.• Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Requirements:• Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical lab or retail optical environment.• Ability to accurately read and execute optical prescriptions.• High attention to detail and technical accuracy.• facing sales.• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.• Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations.• English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus).
