Role Overview: Oracle Project Manager
NextEra is seeking an Oracle Project Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This contract role is centered on the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing implementations, enhancements, and providing AMS support for these solutions, with a focus on driving project financials, governance, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive delivery of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions from initiation to completion.
- Manage and coordinate enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion PPM functionalities.
- Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
- Drive the financial aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance structures.
- Ensure effective alignment and communication with all project stakeholders across enterprise programs.
Project Deliverables
- Development of Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Documentation of Key Configuration Decisions (KCD).
- Creation of Configuration Workbooks.
- Provision of Data Migration and Technical support.
- Preparation and support for SIT/UAT Test Scripts.
- Development of comprehensive Training Materials.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.
- Proven track record in the implementation, enhancement, and AMS support of Oracle Fusion PPM.
Preferred Industry Background
- Experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Background in the Drilling industry.
- Prior work with Asset Management organizations.
