About the Role

SPIMACO is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and involves overseeing maintenance activities to ensure the reliable operation of our facilities.

Strategic Oversight

• Oversee team operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of buildings, utilities, and equipment.
• Inspect facility systems and equipment to identify maintenance requirements and potential operational issues.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion and adherence to established maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot facility equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions to restore operational functionality.
• Verify maintenance activities comply with safety requirements, technical standards, and applicable operational procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports to support performance monitoring, planning, and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure effective execution of facilities maintenance activities.
