About the Role

Nahla Al-Wadi Commercial Company invites talents to join its team in Al-Hofuf, Eastern Province, to fill the position of Cashier Accountant. This role is a cornerstone of the company's daily operations, where the holder of the position is responsible for managing all financial transactions at the point of sale with precision and high efficiency. The primary objective is to ensure smooth cash operations and provide an excellent customer service experience. The job is available on a full-time basis.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Count and record cash amounts on the cash register at the start of the shift, ensuring a sufficient quantity of small denominations.
• Receive cash payments, credit cards, or any other approved payment methods, settle the remaining amounts, and issue the necessary receipts.
• Continuously update price lists, calculate prices of goods or services, prepare invoicing schedules, and apply discounts when necessary.
• Cash reconciliation of incoming cash with total sales at the end of the shift, and report any discrepancies or reconcile according to applicable procedures.
• Interact with customers professionally and welcoming, and fulfill requests related to adding or removing items from purchase lists.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in a Cashier Accountant role or similar field.
• Ability to work with POS systems and cash registers.
• Good numerical and accurate accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and effective customer service skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.

Work Environment

The work location is in Al-Hofuf, Eastern Province, and the role requires a full-time schedule within a dynamic business environment that requires direct interaction with customers.
