We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our garment manufacturing operations and oversee the complete production processfrom planning and material readiness to cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control, and dispatch. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules based on demand.
• Oversee cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control operations.
• Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and factory staff.
• Improve productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and achieve production targets.
• Ensure quality standards through inline and final inspections.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of fabrics and trims.
• Reduce production costs, material waste, and rework while improving line efficiency.
• Track production KPIs including output, on-time delivery, defect rates, and overall factory performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• 4 8+ years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Experience managing garment factories or production lines.
• Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control.
• Experience in abaya manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong production planning, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
• Age must be below 45 years.
