عن الدور:
تنسيق برامج التدريب في قسم البروتين من خلال maintaining قاعدة بيانات التدريب، معالجة الوثائق، وتقديم الدعم الإداري، لضمان قاعدة بيانات خالية من الأخطاء وتحقيق أهداف التدريب بكفاءة.
يجب أن يستوفي المرشحون المحتملون الشروط المذكورة أدناه:
- حاصل على دبلوم.
- سنتان من الخبرة في الإدارة/ الموارد البشرية/ التدريب/ التعليم.
- 3 سنوات خبرة في التعليم/ التدريب
- طلاقة كاملة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة بدورة التدريب.
- مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم.
- القدرة على الشبكة مع العملاء الخارجيين مهارات التعامل الجيدة والتواصل والقدرة على الإبلاغ والتغذية الراجعة، منضبط ودقيق أثناء ورش العمل التدريبية.

About the Role:
To coordinate training programs in Protein Division by maintaining a training database, processing documents, and providing administrative support, in order to ensure error free database and effective delivery of training objectives.
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- To hold a diploma degree.
- 2 years’ experience in admin/ HR/ training/ education.
- 3 years’ experience education/ training
- Fully fluent in the English language.
- Knowledge of training cycle.
- Planning & organizing skills.
- Ability to network with external customers Good interpersonal & communication skills Reporting & feedback Disciplined & meticulous during training workshops.
