Prepares reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system. Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hotel Management graduate or equivalent
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- proficiency in English language
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
