Ultimate Peaks is excited to partner with a leading Saudi gym chain to find a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans that promote growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience across all gym locations.
Lead business development initiatives, including new market entry and partnerships.
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture a passionate leadership team, fostering a strong company culture aligned with the brand’s values and mission.
Drive marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies to increase membership and brand loyalty.
Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sustainable profitability.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.
This role reports directly to the board and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to shape long-term business objectives.
Structured to attract top-tier executive leadership currently operating at significant scale within Saudi Arabia and the GCC, including performance-linked incentives and long-term alignment mechanisms.
Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in the fitness, health, or hospitality sectors, preferably within the GCC region.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market’s consumer behavior and regulatory environment.
10+ years of leadership experience with a track record of driving growth and improving operational performance.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
