The Role / Opportunity 

To lead a self-directed, multi-functional team to efficiently process and pack seafood products (shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish) in accordance with company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, ensuring product quality, yield, and operational efficiency within management performance parameters.

The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Fish Processing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a seafood or food processing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Fish Processing, or related field.
• Experience in implementing daily production plans and coordinating with production and maintenance teams.
