About the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a QC Inspector - Radiator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is for a professional with demonstrated experience in radiator manufacturing and repair processes, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards.

Position Summary

The Quality Control (QC) Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of radiator products. This involves performing detailed inspections, conducting necessary tests, and verifying compliance with established quality standards throughout various stages of production and repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of radiator components and assemblies.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Inspect radiator cores, tubes, fins, tanks, and assess welding/brazing quality.
• Conduct pressure testing and leak testing on radiators.
• Identify and report defects and non-conformities to the QA/QC team.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and comprehensive quality documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with the production team to facilitate continuous improvement in product quality.
• Ensure consistent adherence to all established safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/ITI or an equivalent relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the radiator manufacturing or repair industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated knowledge of welding, brazing, and pressure testing techniques.
• Familiarity with various QC tools and inspection methodologies.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
