Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our FinTech organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting with proven experience managing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.

• Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
• · Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• · Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• · Develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business objectives.
• · Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• · Establish, maintain, and improve internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• · Ensure compliance with local regulations, IFRS standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
• · Coordinate and manage external audits, internal audits, and regulatory reviews.
• · Work closely with auditors, consultants, banks, and external financial stakeholders.
• · Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, payments, and financial transactions.
• · Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and working capital management.
• · Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
• · Prepare management dashboards, financial reports, and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis.
• · Ensure accurate financial data management and integrity across finance systems and reporting platforms.
• · Assist in evaluating business cases, partnerships, investments, and expansion opportunities.
• · Mentor and guide junior finance team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and professional development.
• · Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting (minimum 5 years required).
  • Experience in the FinTech industry is mandatory.
  • Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
