The Role We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Capital function at KIH, with a dual mandate: organizational development and full ownership of HR operations. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will lead the HR department end-to-end, from organizational design, job architecture and performance frameworks to the daily engine of the employee lifecycle, payroll governance and regulatory compliance. This is a build-and-run role. KIH is institutionalizing its Human Capital foundations, and the person in this seat will both design the architecture and operate it. You will be close to the CAO and CEO on organizational and people decisions, and close enough to the details to ensure that records, payroll inputs, and compliance are exactly right.
What You Will Own Organisational Development Lead organizational design: structures, job architecture, role definitions and grading in line with the approved framework Build and run performance management, promotion and annual review cycles Develop workforce and manpower plans aligned with business priorities Advise the CAO and executive leadership on organization, capability and succession Strengthen culture, engagement and ways of working across the company HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Run the full employee lifecycle from hiring to separation: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding Operate the grade, salary and benefits frameworks within approved policy Own payroll governance and the integrity of every payroll input Manage employee relations and grievances with fairness, discretion and due process HR Governance, Systems & Compliance Maintain HR policies, records and procedural compliance to an audit-ready standard Own Mena ITech as the single source of truth for HR data, and drive its full utilization Ensure compliance with KSA Labor Law and government platforms including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad and HRSD requirements Manage Saudization planning and Nitaqat positioning Team Leadership Lead and develop the HR team, setting standards for service, accuracy and confidentiality Manage recruitment partners, insurers and HR service providers
Qualifications & Experience Saudi national; this role manages Saudization and represents the company in HRSD matters Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including management of an HR team Demonstrated organizational development experience: structures, grading, performance frameworks; this is essential, not preferred Deep working knowledge of KSA Labor Law and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad); this is essential Hands-on HRIS command; Mena ITech experience is a strong advantage Professional certification (SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage Fluent English and Arabic
