Kasa Engineering Design is seeking a dedicated Programme Manager / PMC Lead to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on delivering significant projects within the engineering and design sector.

Role Overview: Programme Manager / PMC Lead

The Programme Manager / PMC Lead serves as the single point of accountability to the client for a substantial ~28,000 m2 core-and-shell banking headquarters project. This role involves comprehensive leadership over the project's lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the owner's representative and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role for both the base-build and the full fit-out phases.
• Oversee all stages including design, tender processes, supervision of construction, and final handover.
• Manage and take ownership of the programme schedule, cost controls, quality assurance, and compliance with project standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely client reporting on all project aspects.
• Provide direct leadership and guidance to both the design and site teams involved in the project.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Programme Manager / PMC Lead position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in programme management, project leadership, or a similar owner's representative capacity, particularly within large-scale construction or engineering projects.

Project Scope and Management

This role encompasses the full spectrum of project management for a significant banking headquarters. The Programme Manager / PMC Lead will be instrumental in guiding the project from initial design concepts through the tendering process, rigorous site supervision, and ultimately to the successful handover of the completed core-and-shell structure, along with the full interior fit-out.
