The Role of a Guest Experience Expert

We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to proactively guiding guests throughout their stay. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage their workspace and take necessary actions to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational needs effectively.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.
• Share information on local points of interest with guests.
• Ensure that all guest transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
