Job Title: Civil Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and professional Civil Engineer to be responsible for planning, designing, and managing the execution of engineering projects (infrastructure, roads, or utilities) within budget and ensuring their implementation according to technical specifications, specified budgets, and timelines, while fully adhering to engineering safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Prepare engineering drawings, design infrastructure projects, and calculate quantities using standard engineering software.
• Project Management: Direct supervision of work progress on site and monitoring the execution of various construction phases.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance of materials used and works executed with engineering standards and specifications.
• Report Preparation: Write periodic reports for management regarding achievement rates, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Safety Engineering: Implement and monitor health and safety procedures (HSE) at work sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordination: Continuous communication with consultants, contractors, and technical teams to facilitate workflow and mitigate obstacles.

Requirements and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Previous work experience (typically between 2 to 5 years) in executing or designing civil engineering projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Primavera, or project management software).
• Personal Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills on-site.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Professional License: Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
