Product validation, component quality and installation support
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 4+ years in hardware QA, validation, test, or field engineering.
Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting electronic devices; experience with GNSS/GPS, cellular modems, and CAN-bus/OBD-II hardware is a strong advantage.
Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and wiring diagrams, and to use standard lab and diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic/diagnostic tools).
Solid understanding of electronic component quality, common failure modes, and inspection techniques.
Experience defining test procedures, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation.
Comfortable driving quality issues, RMAs, and corrective actions through to resolution with manufacturers.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide, train, and support installation technicians in the field.
